We are a Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization ("CDMO") with the sole purpose to support our customers as they deliver on the medicines of today and advance the medicines of the tomorrow. The Commercial Leadership team are critical to the success of FDB and have a wide range of functional responsibilities for the full program lifecycle from prospect identification through program delivery and account management. The role of Commercial leadership Executive Assistant (U.S.) will provide executive support to Chief Business Officer and immediate direct reports located in the US and coordinate such support with the Commercial leadership Executive Assistant (Europe).

Chief Business Officer Global Vice President, Enterprise Business Planning Global Vice President, Marketing & Communications Vice President, Global Alliance Management Vice President, Program Management (Advanced Therapies) Europe
Global Vice President, Commercial Development Global Vice President, Strategic Business Development Global Vice President, Program Management (Biologics) The role will include the proactive coordination and support of executive level projects & standard work, scheduling meetings, preparing documents / slides for meetings, managing calendars and expenses for leaders. This role will need to anticipate the upcoming needs of executives in a growing environment.
Main Activities & Responsibilities
Support assigned Commercial Leadership Team ("CLT") members through management of individual calendars & schedule coordination – this may include direct coordination with external customers. Provide triage of CLT emails (if required). Schedule and support travel needs of CLT. Provide administrative support for CLT meetings, including agenda, sending reminders, minutes & action logs as necessary. Commercial data & database support as necessary Support Commercial driven events Provides general administrative support to CLT to meet the needs of the team Other duties as assigned (including but not limited to expense reports, catering requests etc.) BACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS
Significant experience and capability supporting a senior or executive role and operating in a global environment Proficient computer skills - Word, Excel and PowerPoint and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Experience using Microsoft Outlook and Concur Travel & Expense management an asset Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures High degree of confidentiality and professionalism needed Up to 10% travel required KEY COMPETENCIES

FDBU works with technical data, technology and materials that are subject to U.S. export laws and regulations. This position will require access to technical data, technology and source code that is controlled under U.S. export laws and regulations, including but not limited to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations at 22 C.F.R. Parts 120 – 130 and Export Administration Regulations in 15 C.F.R. Part 730 – 774, as may be amended. To conform to these laws and regulations, applicants must be U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents of the U.S., protected individuals as defined by 8 USC 1324(b)(a)(3) (i.e., asylees and refugees) or otherwise eligible for an export authorization from the U.S. Department of State or U.S. Department of Commerce.
