Green Bay Oncology is looking for an Executive Assistant who is professional, has strong written and verbal communication skills, highly motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities. This is a full-time position that will support our executive team.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks including managing an active calendar of appointments; researching, composing and preparing reports; arranging travel plans; and compiling agendas, documents and minutes for meetings. Research, prioritize, and follow up on incoming issues and concerns. Determine appropriate course of action, referral, or response. Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents. Manage multiple projects. Coordinate board of directors, committee and staff meetings including agendas, attendance, staff reports, minutes and follow-through. Provide quality customer service. Research and assist with the preparation of policies and procedures. Attend meetings as requested, record minutes and submit minutes for approval. Receive and interact with incoming visitors. Review practices and implement improvements where necessary. Make a priority to protect confidential information. Willingly accepts other duties as assigned. Job Posted by ApplicantPro
