Responsibilities
• Organize executive schedules, travel arrangements, and meetings• Manage office duties and ordering supplies• Support executive with meeting preparation and take minutes• Act as main point of contact for high-level executive• Organize incoming information and report to executive• Manage calendars, appointments, and coordinate meetings• Prepare and organize documents and reports• Handle correspondence on behalf of executives• Assist in budgeting and financial reporting• Assist in organizing company events and functions• Conduct research and support decision-making• Perform general administrative tasks
Requirements
• Strong organizational, communication, time management, and interpersonal skills• Familiarity with Microsoft Office• High school diploma or equivalent• Experience handling confidential information and strict deadlines• 2+ years of experience in supportive roles• Proven experience as Executive Administrator or similar role• Excellent organizational and time management skills• Strong attention to detail and task prioritization• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
