Wellings Capital is hiring an Executive AssistantThe role is to provide high-level administrative support to the partnersThe job is full-time with the option to work from home 2-3 days per week

Responsibilities
• Prioritize and handle all communications, including voice, written, and email• Develop a specific approach to deal with high priority contacts and issues• Present a positive and diplomatic image to internal and external stakeholders• Develop templates/standard responses for outbound communication• Identify key information required by the Managing Partner and develop a clipping folder• Manage email on behalf of the Managing Partner• Coordinate and follow up on tasks and projects• Manage calendars and scheduling• Communicate on the partners' behalf• Perform various administrative tasks and run errands• Format and edit information for communication• Act as an office manager and handle office supply inventory
Requirements
• At least three years of relevant executive administrative experience• High attention to detail, highly organized, and precise• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment• Integrity, discretion, and good judgment• Excellent written and oral communication skills• Technologically savvy and willing to learn new technology• Enthusiasm and belief in the company's mission, vision, and values
