Chick-fil-A Emeryville is seeking someone with both of these qualities to serve as the Executive Assistant to our Owner/Operator. At Chick-fil-A Emeryville, our mission is to serve and care for our community and our team members. While working for us, you will be given opportunities to grow and gain real business experience. The Executive Assistant will offer administrative support to the Operator when it comes to scheduling, analytical insight, general accounting support, and overall organization.  The Executive Assistant will partner with us in maintaining our values and ensuring every team member receives remarkable care. This position will be part time only with a starting wage of $25 an hour. We value each employee's trajectory for growth. Operator/Owner information: Jon started his Chick-fil-A journey at the age of 16 as a team member. He wanted to get a job to help his family financially. So, on his 16th birthday he went to Chick-fil-A and applied for a team member position. He worked for Chick-fil-A all during high school and when he graduated he worked full time to pay for college. When he graduated college he felt that Chick-fil-A would fulfill his purpose of being an entrepreneur and being able to impact people's lives with a positive influence while giving back to his community.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: ? Providing director support to the Operator. 
? Managing the Operator's calendar. 
? Booking appointments. 
? Arranging all travel needs. 
? Various forms of invoicing. 
? Maintaining clear communication with the Operator and his team of directors. 
? Composing, proofreading, and editing correspondence. 
? Assisting with items and errands as they arise daily.
Requirements: ? Must be 21 years or older.
? Must be eligible to work in the United States.
? Must have a source of reliable transportation.
? Must be available to work Saturdays.
? High school diploma/GED.
Preferred Requirements: ? Bachelor's Degree.
? Conversational Spanish.
? Previous administrative experience.
? Previous leadership experience.
? Previous customer service experience.
? Team-oriented.
? Able to work independently at a high level.
? Adaptable and innovative.
? Organizational skills.
? Great communication skills.
? Hospitable personality.
? Flexible Schedule.
