Job Overview We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Administrative Assistant to be a shared resource supporting our Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional with excellent communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO and CFO including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling travel arrangements. Screen and manage emails and, sometimes, phone calls, handling inquiries or redirecting as appropriate. Assist in the planning and execution of external meetings, company offsites, etc. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Anticipate the needs of the CEO and proactively address issues to enhance efficiency. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination. Qualifications Proven experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant or in a similar role. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Discretion and confidentiality are essential. Positive attitude, proactive approach, and a strong work ethic. Must be available to work onsite in Eden Prairie, MN atleast 3 days per week. Education and Experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. Previous experience supporting Senior-level executives is preferred.
