This position requires you to be agile and efficient, with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and a strong focus on meeting deadlines.Your day to day duties and responsibilities will include, but not be limited to;Provide high-level and confidential administrative support to the APAC Leadership team and their relevant Business Units.Support the APAC BU and Global executive team, Board, and stakeholders in order to achieve the imperatives for the APAC region and wider organisation.Plan, develop and implement strategies which will improve work practices and the efficiency and effectiveness of the EVP's role in the organisation and APAC Leadership Team overall.Develop and coordinate schedules, and broadly manage calendars so that timely collaboration and decision-making activities can occur, when they are needed.Engage professionally with a range of internal and external stakeholders, managing relationships as a key point of contact for the EVP APAC and APAC Leadership TeamCollating meeting packs, preparing correspondence, meeting minutes, reports and presentations and procedures, often coordinating input from multiple sources.Planning executive travel itineraries, maintaining and reconciling travel and incidental expense records, advances and reimbursements, management of credit cards.Manage the Financial Year APAC administration and facilities budget and ensure that expenditure and cost management is effective.Planning and coordinating business appointments, meetings and Perth social functionsContributing to a vibrant and engaging workplace culture that stimulates individual and organisational successThe ideal candidate for this role will have;Ideally, a minimum of 10 years' experience as an Executive Assistant with a publicly listed companyDemonstrated ability in delivering high quality, professional, customer focused administrative and secretarial services.Strong time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlinesExceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with a wide variety of stakeholders while maintaining clear and consistent standards, and demonstrating empathy and understanding in all interactions.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high degree of professionalism and diplomacy.Advanced experience of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint software.Here at DRA, we offer:Competitive and above market salary packages with regular market analysisA fresh & modern office in the CBDFlexible start and finish times allowing for great work life balanceA collaborative and supportive team environment with the tools to succeedThe opportunity to work alongside engineering and design excellencePlease noteDRA are not accepting applications from agencies for this position at this time.We value diversity and the benefits it brings to achieving our objectives, enhancing our reputation, and attracting, engaging, and retaining talented people.
