Job Overview
We are in search of an exceptionally organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Executive Assistant (EA) and Admin Systems Professional. This part-time role (15-20 hours per week) entails offering comprehensive support to our leadership team and managing various administrative systems. As our internal team operates lean, we value extreme proficiency, proactiveness, and reliability from all team members. We seek self-starters who can efficiently drive projects, tasks, and needs forward. While the position is remote, we prefer candidates based in Colorado, Utah, the St. Louis area, or Georgia.

Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage email and Slack communications for leadership, including responding to emails, prioritizing messages for executive attention, and categorizing client communications.
- Review and respond to emails independently.
- Triage urgent emails and messages, routing them accordingly.
- Provide a daily summary of important emails for executive review.
- Assist with leadership scheduling and prepare adequately for executive's daily calls.
- Utilize business software applications (e.g., Google Docs, Sheets, Slides) to prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, agendas, minutes, etc.
- Coordinate Onda Client Meetings (virtual and in person) by responding affirmatively and coordinating logistics.
- Assist with travel planning and coordination for leadership and clients.
- Implement follow-up processes and ensure leads are effectively tracked.
- Project and task management for leadership.
- Assist with administrative functions of talent onboarding/offboarding.
- Organize, maintain, and manage Google Admin Suite, ensuring data security and efficient collaboration.
- Oversee all systems (Google, Slack, email, other platforms) including general maintenance, billing, and management.

Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant in a remote work environment.
- Familiarity with email and scheduling tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with administrative systems, including Google, Slack, and HubSpot.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Tech-savvy with a willingness to learn new tools and systems.
- Extremely trustworthy; willing to undergo a background check and able to provide references.
- Ideal candidate would be located in the St. Louis area, Denver area, Utah, or Georgia.
- Some light travel (domestic day trips) up to 4 times per year.
Additional Information:
- Hourly / Contract / Remote
- This is a 1099 independent contractor position.
- 15-20 hours a week, Flexible within normal US working hours.
- Remote Position.
- $15-20 per hour, DOE.
