In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Responsible for calendar management of executive team Manage and schedule meetings in Outlook Make domestic and international travel arrangements Answer phones and direct all incoming calls to appropriate party promptly and efficiently Assist with preparation of presentations utilizing PowerPoint Prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously, and follow through on issues in a timely manner Process expense reports, invoices and purchases orders Appropriately handle and maintain confidential information and documents Setup accommodation and entertainment arrangements for company visitors Research, price, and purchase office supplies for the department. For This Role, You Will Need: High school diploma or equivalent 3+ years of progressive, stable administrative background; preferably supporting Executive level or higher Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and have high attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communications Able to work independently with little supervision Well organized and flexible Interact with staff at all levels, sometimes under pressure, while remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: Associates degree Flexible Work Schedule - Remote Work Option: This role has the flexibility of a remote work option up to two days a week after initial training period.
