At Cannon & Associates, we stand as Fierce Advocates® committed to guiding individuals and families through the complexities of criminal and family law cases.We are currently seeking an experienced, professional Executive Administrative Assistant to join our high-performance team.The Executive Administrative Assistant provides a broad range of administrative support, balances multiple executive-level priorities, and exercises professional judgment and common sense with superior communication and organizational skills.Qualified candidates must demonstrate a record of success providing executive-level support.This position reports directly to the Firm Administrator and Owner.Responsibilities:Provide executive-level administrative support to the Firm Administrator including creating, producing and maintaining reports, managing confidential information, conducting research, managing communications, and ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of information to the executive teamActively participate in staff meetings with the Owner and Staff.
