At Cannon & Associates, we stand as Fierce Advocates® committed to guiding individuals and families through the complexities of criminal and family law cases.We are currently seeking an experienced, professional Executive Administrative Assistant to join our high-performance team.The Executive Administrative Assistant provides a broad range of administrative support, balances multiple executive-level priorities, and exercises professional judgment and common sense with superior communication and organizational skills.Qualified candidates must demonstrate a record of success providing executive-level support.This position reports directly to the Firm Administrator and Owner.Responsibilities:Provide executive-level administrative support to the Firm Administrator including creating, producing and maintaining reports, managing confidential information, conducting research, managing communications, and ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of information to the executive teamActively participate in staff meetings with the Owner and Staff. Lead by example with a positive and enthusiastic attitudeGenerate and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reportsSchedule and organize meetings and events, manage multiple calendars of appointments, develop meeting agendas, handle invitationsManage the Firm's social calendar and ongoing and upcoming projects and programs.Ensure that travel arrangements, itineraries, and team meetings are organized and up to dateExecute other administrative tasks that facilitate the Firm Administrator's ability to effectively lead the firmManage general office duties (maintain filing systems, ordering office equipment and supplies)Qualifications:Qualified candidates must demonstrate a record of success in providing executive-level support.2+ years of Executive Administrative experience and a demonstrated ability to balance multiple executive-level priorities, exercise professional judgment, and communicate effectivelyA commitment to the mission and values of the FirmIs proactive, detail-oriented, a team player, possesses a positive attitude, and demonstrated ability to multitaskDemonstrated ability to anticipate Owner and Firm Administrator needs in daily operations and prepare accordinglyExcellent communication, time management, interpersonal, and organizational skillsComfortable meeting deadlines and handling confidential informationHigh school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalentExperience with Microsoft Office platform and toolsAbout Company:Benefits we provide:Health/Dental/Vision Insurance401(k) plan with company matchPTONumerous firm-sponsored events throughout the yearApply now to join our team of Fierce Advocates to help us serve more clients with the highest level of customer service.
