Paid holidays JOB DESCRIPTION: Job Title: Wind Turbine Technician Salary: $25/hour Full Time Employment Performs intermediate level wind turbine maintenance and installation tasks, such as using tools, inspecting turbines, and documenting work. Gathers information about turbine performance and issues, and diagnoses and recommends solutions. Follows a structured problem-solving process to troubleshoot and diagnose turbine problems. Works independently and follows instructions from higher level technical staff. Here are some specific examples of the tasks that someone in this position might do: Inspect wind turbines for damage and wear. Lubricate and replace moving parts. Repair electrical and mechanical components. Operate and maintain specialized tools. Gather data and create reports. Troubleshoot and diagnose problems. Recommend and implement solutions.
