Perform and supervise tasks in assigned areas of facility in attractive, orderly, and sanitary condition. Be able to instruct personnel in use of new equipment and cleaning methods. Show consideration for patrons and help in any way possible. Be familiar with Employee Handbook, Policies and Procedures Delegate work responsibilities to staff and to plan a work routine. Be able to handle different situations with each and every employee. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a supervisory position Must have a general knowledge of cleaning chemicals Must have experience superviseing multiple associates in a single shift No college degree required Manual dexterity sufficient to use equipment for the general purposes of cleaning and deep cleaning Ability to stand and/or walk for long periods of time Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally Must be able to work in a noisy ond/or smokey environment
