About this opportunity Align Technology is seeking an Events & Operations Specialist to collaborate cross-functionally to support our Marketing Excellence team. You are an organized, hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves team player with experience in events and/ or marketing operations. You will work closely with the event manager(s) and other Marketing Excellence stakeholders to ensure that key processes are running smoothly, and all tasks are executed to a high standard by the defined deadline while pushing for always working for effectively and efficently.
In this role, you will… Partner with leadership on budget management and tracking spend Manage onboarding for new vendors, and processes associated with contracts and payments Support events team with operational activities, including fulfillment of event materials, archiving of webinars, and supporting lead management processes Partner with event managers to maintain the events calendar Monitor vendor feedback surveys and compile reports In this role, you'll need … 4+ years of administrative or operations experience Experience working with event management vendors and platforms Experience with SAP Experience with accounting processes and budget tracking Ability to utilize and learn different project management tools Passion for continuous improvement of existing processes Sound like a good fit???
