Events Manager

Standard Requirements:
??????1.  Facilitating communication before, during and post event with clients and pertinent lodge staff to ensure a high level of service.
2. Maximizing Banquet Food & Beverage and Meeting Room Rental revenues
3. Menu planning, agenda setting, pre-planning coordination, guest room reservation coordination, on-site meeting services, and handling of all requests
4. Host site inspections, maintain strong customer relationships, participating in event meetings
Essential Job Functions:
1.  Work closely with Banquets, Sales Managers and hotel team to ensure clients a smooth transition between departments. 2.  Exemplary written and verbal skills
3.  Ability to anticipate issues, be very detail-oriented and aptly handle a fast-paced environment ???4.  Candidate should be extremely detail-oriented, possess exemplary customer service skills, and be an effective communicator
