Events Manager

Full job description We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Events Manager to join our team. This position will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of events for our company.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and organize events such as conferences, seminars, workshops, product launches, and corporate parties
- Develop event concepts, themes, and timelines
- Coordinate with vendors, sponsors, and partners to ensure smooth execution of events- Manage event budgets and expenses
- Handle event logistics, including venue selection, catering, audiovisual equipment, and transportation
- Create and distribute event promotional materials- Oversee event setup, registration, and attendee management
- Evaluate event success and provide post
-event analysis and recommendations for improvement
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field- Minimum of 4 years of experience in event planning and management
- Strong project management skills and ability to multitask
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in event management software and tools
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed for events
