Responsibilities:
Event Coordination:
Develop and execute detailed plans for assigned events, ensuring seamless execution from start to finish.
Oversee pre-event planning, including registration, material development, vendor coordination, and logistics.
Lead day-of execution, providing direction to team members and vendors as needed.
Liaise with event venues, A/V teams, transportation providers, and other stakeholders to ensure all requirements are met.
Assist with online registration systems and budget management.
Support materials development and onsite logistics for meetings and events, including travel to remote domestic locations.
Graphic Design:
Create engaging materials and assets, such as flyers, brochures, signage, branding elements, social media content, and website assets.
Utilize Adobe Creative Suite to input edits and content into templates.
Produce high-quality social media content, including video and photo editing.
Marketing:
Assist in executing marketing programs and campaigns.
Support content development and scheduling for websites and social media platforms.
Update client and event websites.
Manage, create, and distribute monthly newsletters.
Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to deliver innovative solutions.
Project Coordination & Administrative:
Provide excellent customer service support via phone and email.
Review and finalize meeting minutes.
Assist with database and records updates.
Research and compile data for project documents.
Conduct quality assurance of documents and data.
Provide administrative support for events and marketing efforts as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements:
5 years of experience in events and marketing.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
Strong Microsoft Office skills.
Experience with online event registration platforms (preferred but not required).
Comfortable with phone customer service support.
Willingness to travel up to twice per month during peak seasons.
Ability to thrive under pressure, tight deadlines, and varying workloads.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels.
