Qualifications: Valid Driver's License: Must have a current, valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Vehicle Proficiency: Experience and confidence in driving a wide range of vehicles, including manual and automatic transmissions, electric cars, luxury cars, SUVs, and trucks. Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and run for extended periods, and lift up to 50 pounds. Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills for interacting with guests and team members. Customer Service Orientation: A friendly, engaging personality with a passion for providing exceptional customer service. Knowledge of Local Area: Familiarity with the hotel, its amenities, and the surrounding area to provide helpful information to guests. Professional Appearance: Maintain a neat and professional appearance in accordance with the company's dress code. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to handle guest concerns and solve problems efficiently and courteously. Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a seamless guest experience. Flexible Schedule: Availability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on event schedules.
