We're looking for energetic and friendly individuals to join our Guest Services team as an On-Call Valet Parking Attendant for special events. If you love meeting new people and adding a sprinkle of magic to their stay, this is the perfect role for you!
What You'll Do: Spark Wanderlust: Be the first to greet guests with a warm smile and help them start their adventure right! Create WOW Moments: Use your engaging personality to make every guest feel special from the moment they arrive. Car Door Magic: Open car doors with flair, making each guest feel like a VIP. Local Guru: Share your knowledge about the hotel, its amenities, and the local area to enhance guests' experiences. Parking Pro: Park and retrieve guests' cars with care and efficiency. Transportation Wizard: Help guests secure other forms of transportation as needed. Team Player: Work with other attendants to ensure a personalized experience for each guest, diving to open doors and making every interaction special. Keep It Tidy: Assist the lobby attendant in keeping the entrance area clean and organized. Be the Difference: Go above and beyond to make every guest and employee interaction extraordinary. Qualifications: Valid Driver's License: Must have a current, valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Vehicle Proficiency: Experience and confidence in driving a wide range of vehicles, including manual and automatic transmissions, electric cars, luxury cars, SUVs, and trucks. Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and run for extended periods, and lift up to 50 pounds. Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills for interacting with guests and team members. Customer Service Orientation: A friendly, engaging personality with a passion for providing exceptional customer service. Knowledge of Local Area: Familiarity with the hotel, its amenities, and the surrounding area to provide helpful information to guests. Professional Appearance: Maintain a neat and professional appearance in accordance with the company's dress code. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to handle guest concerns and solve problems efficiently and courteously. Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a seamless guest experience. Flexible Schedule: Availability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on event schedules. Attention to Detail: Keen eye for details to ensure guest satisfaction and safety. Dependability: Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic. Hospitality Experience: Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is a plus, but not required. Multilingual Abilities: Ability to speak multiple languages is a bonus, but not mandatory.
