What You'll Do:

Collaborate closely with our clients to understand their event goals and objectives.
Utilize cutting-edge web applications to create and manage Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
Guide the entire RFP process, from clarifying responses to negotiating final terms and contracts.
Independently manage tier 4 and 5 programs with precision and efficiency.
Coordinate seamlessly with internal teams, external partners, and vendors to ensure flawless execution.
Showcase your negotiation skills while driving cost savings and maximizing value for our clients.
Embrace flexibility to accommodate client needs, time zone differences, and workload variations.

What You'll Bring:
Minimum of 5 years' experience in the Meetings Industry, with venue sourcing experience as a bonus.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the Meeting Industry.
Strong negotiation skills and proficiency in various computer programs.
Extensive knowledge of domestic and international destinations, as well as hotel operations.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
A knack for creativity and problem-solving, even under tight deadlines.
