Qualifications:

- 3+ years of experience in developing and executing events, including overall event management, branding efforts, and onsite logistics.
- Demonstrated success in working within matrixed organizations.

- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a collaborative mindset.
- Proven track record of managing multiple tasks, meeting deadlines, and effective cross-team communication.
- Customer service orientation, diplomatic approach, and adept at team collaboration.
- Proficient in time and project management, exceptional organizational skills, and keen attention to detail.
- Team player with a flexible and proactive attitude.
- Capable of working effectively under pressure.
- Experience with Cvent Event Management and SMM platform.
- Knowledge in supplier strategy and management.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite.
