• Develop, coordinate, and supervise event-related activities• Maintain security staffing plans• Collect and distribute event information• Provide customer service representation• Coordinate logistics of departmental activities• Communicate event information to departments and staff• Prepare event seating information and set-ups• Prepare and distribute event data sheets• Prepare post-event reports• Collect and distribute event requirements
Requirements
• 4-year degree preferred• One year experience in similar position preferred• Ability to work flexible schedules• Experience with Microsoft Office, CAD, and Ticketmaster preferred
