• Implement functions and procedures related to customer service, sales, merchandising, and store operations• Demonstrate excellent product knowledge and provide exceptional customer service• Meet or exceed sales and performance goals, comply with cash handling guidelines, and assist in store maintenance
Requirements
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evening and weekend shifts• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and engage in constant standing, walking, squatting, and bending• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience preferred, high school diploma or GED preferred
