Responsibilities
• Conduct research activities and implement new data collection strategies• Develop and administer collection processes such as surveys and sampling procedures• Inform staff on accurate data recording• Create reports outlining progress and present to various audiences• Meet all deadlines• Impact organization's ability to serve clients
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or similar field• Experience in data collection and analysis• Working knowledge of basic statistics• Computer proficiency• Team spirit, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent communication skills• Master's degree preferred• Management experience with grant programs or nonprofit organizations a bonus• Experience with creating surveys and analyzing results a plus
