The Role The location of this role will be Krakow (PL) or Sofia (BG) depending on the location of the successful candidate. At Imperial Brands the Owner is responsible for the operation of End User Services within Global Business Services Operations. In this role you will be reporting to Head of IT Infrastructure and will work closely with the other Service Owners and Service Delivery team. Principle Accountabilities Providing leadership to the EUC team, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations Building strategic relationships with key third-party suppliers Ensuring timely resolution of EUC-related incidents and problems Providing a high level of technical expertise and consultation at various levels across the organisation Maintenance and forecasting of service budget lines Supporting the optimisation and consolidation of technologies, services, and suppliers on a regional and global basis Skills and Experience Required Previous experience in IT Service Delivery Budgetary experience coupled with demonstrable commercial awareness Excellent IT people management skills with experience of managing teams spread across multiple locations Knowledge of cybersecurity principles for end-user devices Ability to manage key relationships with internal IS and business stakeholders Prepared to undertake international business travel What We Offer In return for playing your part in building our future, you will receive a comprehensive compensation package with salary, bonus scheme and many extras including a great pension scheme, generous holiday entitlement and hybrid/flexible working opportunities as well inspiring places to work and collaborate with purpose.
