Estimator - Mechanical / Hvac

We have been retained by our client, a growing Mechanical Contractor in the Conroe, TX area, to find an Estimator . The Estimator will be responsible for accurately projecting the costs associated with upcoming projects and bids.
Duties Review and evaluate cost estimates and proposals to ensure accuracy and completeness. Communicate with trade partners and team members regarding new and current projects. Prepare detailed reports and forecasts for management showcasing potential project costs and timelines. Utilize software for data analysis, forecasting, and budget tracking. Analyze blueprints and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is preferred. Must have at least 2 years of experience in estimating, preferably for a Mechanical Contractor or HVAC company. Proficiency in estimating software and Excel. Strong understanding of mechanical systems and components. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
