Responsibilities
• Review vendor portals for potential projects• Analyze blueprints and estimate materials• Communicate bidding activities and build quotes• Perform complex data analysis and risk analysis• Create reports for sales and management• Build and maintain relationships with vendors
Requirements
• BA in construction science or similar field• Minimum of two years experience as construction estimator• Strong proficiency in reading blueprints• In-depth knowledge of project management or construction management• Hands-on experience with complex data research• Good understanding of data analysis methods• Familiarity with programs like PlanSwift and TakeOff• Good time-management skills• Strong interpersonal and communication skills• Critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities
