Company Overview: We are an award winning site infrastructure company specializing in the installation of wet utilities. We are located in Phoenix, AZ and are rapidly growing. If you are an Estimator and an expert in Wet Utilities this position could  be for you! 
Estimator The Estimator is responsible for preparing complete, accurate, and timely estimates for projects throughout the company. This individual will need to have a thorough understanding of the construction process and must possess the ability to interpret construction plans and specifications. The successful candidate will be able to use AGTEK software to create visual 3D models and 2D drawings for quick and accurate estimates.
Key Responsibilities: Analyze construction plans, specifications, and other documentation to prepare accurate and timely estimates Develop 3D models and 2D drawings to support the estimating process using AGTEK software Assist in the preparation of bid packages, bid documents, and related documents Perform quantity take-offs and cost estimates for various categories of work Analyze material, labor, and equipment needed for projects Review subcontractor bids and recommend qualifications and costs Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience in construction and estimating Proficient with AGTEK software Familiarity with earthwork, grading, underground, piping, land development, civil construction, sewer, water, and wastewater Experience with estimating software is preferred Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Benefits Salary: $80,000 -$125,000
