Requirements: 4+ years Estimating experience, K-12 and Multi-Family experience

Key Responsibilities: Develop cost estimates for K-12, multi-family, and commercial projects in accordance with contract documents Analyze and interpret drawings, specifications, and other contract documents Prepare and issue Requests for Proposals (RFPs) to subcontractors Utilize Procore and Microsoft Project software for bid preparation and tracking Analyze potential risk factors and develop contingency plans Participate in preconstruction meetings and reviews Maintain records and files of all estimates Update and maintain cost databases Qualifications: 4+ years of Estimating Experience developing cost estimates for K-12 and multi-family projects On-Screen Takoff Procore BuildingConnected Benefits 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Vision insurance Bonus opportunities PTO Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
