Responsibilities
• Accurately assess project requirements and calculate material quantities, labor costs, and other relevant expenses• Stay informed about the latest flooring materials, trends, and technologies• Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand client needs and objectives• Prepare detailed and clear documentation of estimates• Effectively communicate with project managers, clients, and vendors• Review and validate project plans, specifications, and other relevant documents• Conduct cost analysis to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements• Strong understanding of various flooring materials, installation methods, and industry best practices• Proficient in using estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Requirements
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in flooring estimation within the construction industry• Strong understanding of various flooring materials, installation methods, and industry best practices• Proficient in using estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
