ESTIMATOR/ SENIOR ESTIMATOR - HEAVY & CIVIL
We are working with a Very Reputable Full-Service Maintenance and Site Development Contractor for Virginia And Maryland and seeking a Heavy Civil Estimator/ Senior Estimator to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in estimating large-scale heavy civil construction projects. Candidate will prepare detailed cost estimates for heavy civil construction projects, including labor, materials, equipment, subcontractor costs, and overhead.
* Preferred experience in but not limited to: Clearing, Grading, Wet Utilities, Asphalt and Concrete & Stormwater.
* 5 years of experience in heavy civil construction estimating
* Proven track record of successful project bids
* Technical Skills in the following ideal: Estimating Software such as HCSS, Bid2Win, Plan Swift, Blue Beam, Agtek or similar; and also Microsoft Office Suite .
* Familiarity with construction project management software is a plus.
* Professional certifications such as Certified Professional Estimator (CPE) or Project Management Professional (PMP) are desirable.
