Their a progressive commercial construction client with 40yrs experience in Commercial Ground Up - Healthcare, K-12, Higher Education, Churches, Offices, Municipal, Facilities, Industrial, Parking Garages, and also Concrete - Self Performs Civil and Commercial Concrete needs: Flatwork, Precast, Structural, Excavation, plus
* 3+yrs Commercial Ground Up Projects
* Large Scale Commercial Ground Up Projects $30MIL to $250MIL
* Commercial Ground Up - Healthcare, K-12, Higher Education, Churches, Offices, Municipal, Facilities, Industrial, Parking Garages, no high-rise, no multi family
* Local work, home nights . Try to limit to 5 day/ 40-50hr work week. If need to work Saturdays
* Company has a charitable foundation giving back from within and outside within the community for 40yrs working with charitable organizations withing the Austin Metro.
