We are seeking a skilled and experienced Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent attention to detail, and a proven track record in estimating within the Civil/Heavy Construction sector.Responsibilities:Analyze project specifications, blueprints, and other documentation to understand project requirements.Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information for accurate estimates.Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and overhead.Utilize estimating software and tools to enhance accuracy and efficiency in the estimation process.Evaluate and negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers to secure competitive pricing.Qualifications:Proven experience as an Estimator in the Civil/Heavy Construction sector.Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.Strong analytical and mathematical skills.Familiarity with estimating software and tools.Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsBenefits:Competitive salary commensurate with experience.Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance plans.401(k) retirement savings plan with company match.Professional development opportunities.A positive and collaborative work environment.To take the next step please Contact: Candice Fisher @ .
