Job summary
Spring Mountain Vineyard is seeking professionals for the Estate Ambassador position.Responsibilities include delivering a luxury hospitality experience and cultivating relationship-based sales strategies.Candidates should have exceptional communication skills and a passion for luxury sales.
Job seniority: associate level
Responsibilities
• Take ownership of the entire guest experience• Build and maintain relationships, grow client roster, and cultivate SMV enthusiasts• Convert guests into members• Convert visits into sales• Convert inquiries into reservations• Learn and master POS, CRM, and reservation systems• Maintain integrity and transparency in sales transactions• Track wine and retail inventory• Assist with on-site events• Perform daily and monthly estate cleaning and side-work duties
Requirements
• 2+ years in a luxury hospitality or sales setting• Exceptional communication, written, and interpersonal skills• Enthusiasm for the Napa Valley, memorable hospitality, and luxury sales• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS/CRM systems• WSET or CMS certification preferred but not necessary• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and special events• Team-oriented mentality• Initiative, drive, and dedication to career advancement• Reliability, punctuality, and adherence to safety regulations• Valid driver's license• Must be 21 years of age
Key Skills Needed
• Exceptional communication skills• Enthusiasm for luxury sales• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS/CRM systems• WSET or CMS certification preferred
