As of June 30, 2023, MSRA manages $59 billion of client AUM worldwide.This position will report to the Head of Sustainability for Global Real Assets who oversees sustainability strategy and execution for Private Real Estate, Infrastructure and Real Estate Credit strategies across the U.S., Europe and Asia. The candidate will initially work with the U.S. and European Real Estate teams. This is a 4-6 month internship.Responsibilities:•    Support the team with the preparation and submission of the Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark (GRESB) report.•    Support with Sustainability data analysis and reporting•    Assist in the creation and execution of sustainability training programs for internal and external stakeholders.•    Research and brainstorm relevant sustainability topics for training sessions.•    Develop engaging and informative training presentations.•    Assist with the organization and scheduling of sustainability training sessions.•    Contribute to the development and update of internal sustainability policies and procedures.•    Conduct research on emerging sustainability trends and best practices in the real estate industry.•    Assist with other sustainability-related projects as assigned.•    Currently enrolled or just have completed in an undergraduate or graduate program in a relevant field such as sustainability, environmental science, business, or real estate.•    Strong interest in sustainability and the built environment.•    Excellent research and analytical skills.•    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.•    Excellent communication and presentation skills.•    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite especially excel•    Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.Expected base pay rates for the role will be 35.00 per hour at the commencement of employment.
