Experience Requirements

As a Senior Python Developer, you should possess at least 7+ years of overall experience, with 1-3 years specifically in an ESG technology focused role within the asset management or financial services industry.

Skills And Qualifications

Proficiency in Python and basic libraries for machine learning such as scikit-learn and pandas.
Experience with machine learning tools like scikit-learn, R, Theano, TensorFlow, SparkML, or Foundry.
Proficiency in using various modeling types such as classification, regression, time series, clustering, text analytics, survival, association, optimization, and reinforcement learning to solve business problems.
Understanding of data models, large datasets, business/technical requirements, BI tools, statistical programming languages, and libraries.
Functional knowledge of data visualization libraries like matplotlib or ggplot2, and other visualization tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Quick Sight, or Tableau.
Knowledge of cloud and computing technologies including Hadoop, Apache Spark, AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, data science, statistics, mathematics, or a related field.

Roles And Responsibilities

As a Senior Python Developer, your duties will include:

Designing and developing AI/Machine Learning models to improve model accuracy.
Collaborating closely with business teams to facilitate the adoption and integration of model outputs.
Developing advanced analytics solutions utilizing various cloud technologies and working with the Tech Product Team and Data Scientists to effectively scale up AI/ML Models.
