As a Global Equity Senior Associate, you will be responsible for the administration of domestic and international equity programs, including stock grants and vesting's, tax calculation/withholding processes, and supporting ad-hoc reporting/project requirements. This role can be remotely based, anywhere within the United States of America.
Responsibilities
Administers the Otis' equity plan (including grants, exercises, forfeitures, etc.) and ensures that all transactions are correctly and accurately processed in a timely manner Partners with Compensation, Human Resources, Payroll, Finance, Legal, and an external stock plan administration vendor in support of daily activities Leads annual and ad-hoc vesting and tax calculation/withholding processes Monitors stock plan transactions, anticipates and evaluates potential problems, and provides instruction to stock plan administration vendor and Payroll on proper execution Partners with stock plan administration vendor to create new grant loads and online grant acceptance process for award recipients Provides a high level of customer service in responding to inquiries from program participants Develops and delivers regular and ad-hoc stock plan reporting – including information used for regulatory filings – to Payroll, Finance and Legal Acts as subject-matter expert for partner groups and is the first line of communication for plan participants on stock plan questions Monitors data exchanges between external administration system and internal Human Resources systems Supports management of stock plan administration vendor relationship as daily contact for plan inquiries and issues Provides analysis and support on projects that impact employee stock awards, such as acquisitions and divestitures Develops and maintains standard work for equity administration processes Education
Bachelor's degree in finance or related field Qualifications
2+ years of equity administration, accounting, or total rewards experience with a publicly traded global company Experience with UBS application (Plan Admin Pro and Web Administration) preferred Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills High degree of professional ethics and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion Ability to adapt to frequently changing priorities and identify critical paths for resolution Attention to detail and ability to work well both independently and as part of a team Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel Apply today to join us and build what's next!
