Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for an Equipment Operator Position type: Full-time Contract Duration: 10 Months Location: New Milford, CT As an Equipment Operator , you will be:
· Responsible for maintaining both productivity and quality performance standards while performing all work tasks.
· Responsible for performing work safely and support activities to ensure continued safety improvements, take responsibility to keep coworkers safe.
· Responsible for maintaining both accuracy and completeness on all required paperwork.
· Responsible for following all WMS/ procedures for the recording and tracking of product to ensure inventory accuracy.
· Responsible for maintaining housekeeping standards for both work area and department.
· Responsible for maintaining safe operating procedures for all equipment required to perform work tasks.
· Responsible for following all proper lifting procedures.
· Responsible for loading and unloading finished product.
· Responsible for loading and unloading product with productivity and quality that meets department standards.
· Responsible for following all WMS procedures (loading/unloading/damage etc.)
The ideal candidate will have :
· Must be comfortable driving a forklift and performing shrink wrapping duties.
· Steel toed shoes required.
