Where: 6775 Jefferson Metropolitan Parkway, McCalla, AL 35111 When: Every Sunday- Wednesday from 6:00 pm - 10:00 pm We currently have the following positions available: Night Shift (Prior Forklift Operator experience required for this shift): Monday-Friday - 12:30 AM Start- until shift is complete - $19.56/hour Starting pay rate up to $19.56/hour increasing to $20.64/hour in 12 months! Material Handlers eligible to participate in a company incentive plan can earn even more money! Amounts are based on performance, with top performers earning up to about $1.75/hour in incentive pay. BioBox Positions: Some positions require work in a refrigerated environment (37 – 42F) a minimum of 80% of the shift. Primary work includes picking in this environment but will also include double checking and packing in a non-refrigerated environment if the works deems the assistance is necessary. Expectation to train and work within multiple areas of the warehouse, including the Biobox (the Biobox is a cold environment with the highest temp reaching 42°F) Employees who work in the Biobox earn an additional $1.00/hour biobox premium. What You'll Do Keep Your Edge - Stay on top of your game during your shift by moving efficiently to ensure that life-changing products are shipped quickly and accurately through effective order fulfillment management.
