Small growing specialty Construction Company seeks equipment operator/laborer to join my Company. This is a great opportunity for the right individual to become a field leader and part of a growing organization. Individual must be hard working, self-motivated, and detail oriented and work well with both customers and others.
Individual must be efficient and organized with work process and be able to move between multiple projects. Individual will operate a variety of newer equipment including excavators (mini up to 80k lbs) track loader and wheel loader with various attachments, loader backhoe, hook lift truck and knuckle boom crane. All equipment is newer, very well maintained and loaded with options for working smarter not harder. Individual will be responsible to maintain all equipment and operate in a professional manner as well as assist in service records keeping for equipment.
Individual will be required to also labor at times, including typical tasks for any construction projects i.e Shoveling, raking & sweeping  Carpentry skills for concrete pad forming, rebar placement and preparation Mechanical skills for assembly of components Minimum requirements for this position are: Equipment operating experience - 2 years minimum RI excavation equipment license Drivers license and own transportation Ability to read and understand simple plans and project specifications Provide own basic small hand tools, raingear, etc. Additional skills/licensing desired CDL – Class B or A RI Crane & Construction Forklift Telehandler License MA Hoisting Engineers License – 1B & 2A
