Seeking an Equipment Manufacturing Assembler for a medical device manufacturing company in Winter Springs, FL!
Temp to Perm Opportunity
M-F Schedule - 8am to 5pm (40 hours per week)
Pay: $17/hour
Location: 100% onsite - Winter Springs, FL 32708
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (include but are not limited to):
· Ability to interpret mechanical drawings.
· Ability to assemble simple mechanical assemblies.
· Ability to follow written procedures and verbal direction from supervisor.
· Proficient in soldering techniques in accordance with IPC-610 or equivalent.
· Proper working knowledge and understanding of ESD.
· Basic understanding and working knowledge of complex medical device quality requirements.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
· Electromechanical device sub-assembly.
· SMT and through-hole soldering.
· Fabricate cable and wire assemblies, sub-assemblies.
· Record and maintain all manufacturing device documentation.
· Participate in cross training activities.
· Utilize hand tools, soldering iron and measurement instruments to support assembly operation.
· Maintain the highest quality workmanship and productivity.
· Work cross departmentally to ensure rapid issue resolution.
· Maintain assembly equipment and a clean organized work area.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
The work environment for the Equipment Manufacturing Assembler role is dynamic and fast-paced, centered around electronic device assembly and soldering activities. Assemblers are responsible for meticulously recording and maintaining all manufacturing device documentation to ensure traceability and compliance.
