Take ideas from conception through development and then implementation in our production facilities. This role is critical to the success of Micron's products. Primary areas of responsibility include plasma dry etch equipment capability characterization, optimization, design, troubleshooting, process transfer and fundamental research. Interact with groups such as process engineering, equipment vendors, facilitation trades, construction groups, safety, integration, labs (failure analysis), machine shops, manufacturing, and high volume sites to ensure robust etch equipment for capable processes to meet the precise physical and electrical requirements for Micron products.Employer will accept a Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field and 4 years of work experience in job offered or 4 years of equipment engineer-related experience.
