Job summary
The Equipment Accountant will help analyze the economic health of the organizationPrimary responsibilities include equipment costing duties and preparation of financial statementsLocated in Perrysburg, OH
Responsibilities
• Equipment Invoice Entry• Equipment Purchase Orders• Analyze cost and make sure coded to proper categories• Under-Utilization Entries• Fuel Cards• Track, Monitor, and Maintain Monthly Allocations• Track and Monitor Vehicle Allowance and Compliance• EZ Pass Management• Equipment Budgets• Monitor, Respective Journal Entries• Tracking Equipment Leases, Loans, Purchasing• Fixed Assets• Track and confer with Auditors• Depreciation• Assist in the development of internal rates• IFTA Tax Tracking and Quarterly Filing• Cost Savings Analysis & Reporting• Track and Monitor Equipment Damage
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in accounting, Business, or equivalent hands-on experience• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail• Must be able to pass a background & drug test• Ability to travel to client meetings, conferences, and regional/divisional offices• Travel may include air travel and overnight hotel stays
