Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of two years of relevant technical or business work experience.
Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, specialized training, or equivalent work experience.
Skills: Proficiency in HIM, Finance, or Hospital Billing System is desired. Knowledge of requirements management, diagramming, and use case development. Experience in process design, reengineering, and requirements documentation methodologies. Advanced computer skills and a general understanding of Software Development Life Cycle. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Experience in business writing.
Responsibilities:
Define business scope and objectives through research and fact-finding, combined with an understanding of business and industry requirements.
Conduct functional analysis, requirements definition, and application module configuration and testing.
Develop functional specifications, data mapping, and function mapping.
Identify and resolve gaps in business processes.
Assist in security/authorization set-up, user documentation, data interface design, data migration, and reconciliation.
Provide end-user support for application configuration and/or in-house developed applications.
