Title: Environmental Manager - (Must have Air Permit Compliance & Landfill Operations Experience) Location: Morgantown, KY
Salary: $115-$120,000/Year + Benefits and Potential Relocation for the right candidate

Requirements : As the Environmental Manager, you will help provide key technical expertise, problem solving and guidance to business and operational leaders on environmental regulations, requirements and best practices that impact the business and has direct responsibilities for managing the site air, water, waste, and landfill compliance programs.
What You Need for this Position Provide technical oversight, guidance, and communications to site leaders and Corporate HSE on issues involving compliance with local, state and federal environmental requirements, e.g., regulations and site permits.
Maintain site compliance with Secondary Aluminum MACT/NESHAP requirements and associated permit.
Develop and implement training programs that support good environmental practices and ensures compliance with local, state and federal agency regulations (e.g., SPCC, SWPPP, TSCA, MACT/NESHAP, RCRA).
Work closely with operations, Corporate HSE and external consultants on emissions testing of process equipment for air permit compliance. Air permit experience is a requirement for this role.
Maintain compliance with onsite landfill operation requirements. Works closely with site landfill operators and consultants. Provides technical guidance and management oversight, for operation and construction of the on-site residual waste landfill.
Coordinate required environmental sampling and timely completion of required reports, e.g., NPDES, MACT/NESHAP, RCRA, TRI, Tier I/II. -B.S. or B.A. in HSE, environmental management or scientific/engineering discipline and 8+ years of experience in environmental or health, safety and environmental management.
- Professional certification(s) in environmental management desirable, e.g., CHMM, REM. State of Kentucky Landfill Manager certification or capable of achieving certification within one (1) year of hire.
- Air permit experience is an absolute requirement for this role.
- Must have demonstrated knowledge of environmental regulations, consensus standards and best practices with proven success in effective implementation of compliance and control plans. Proven project management, execution, and partnering skills. What's In It for You
