Job Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Collecting and analyzing data Carrying out site assessments to determine the environmental impact of commercial activity Studying human influences on the environment Improving environmental conservation management, including recycling, public health, and water and air pollution Identifying critical research areas such as renewable energy, climate change, and food and water security Undertaking environment protection projects such as designing air pollution management system Ensuring design projects comply with environmental health regulations Writing reports on their environmental and health regulations Consulting and advising policymakers on environmental best practices Improve waste management system Reclamation and disposal of air, water, and land Evaluate current systems and design innovative ways to improve or replace the existing system or processes Investigate, record, and compile reports for environmental-related complaints, pollution-control, and waste treatment planning Develop guidelines for the disposal of hazardous materials Act as a regulatory arm for the company's compliance with waste disposal and management Apply for Environmental permits as needed for new and existing systems Qualifications Education and Experience: Degree in environmental, civil, mechanical engineering, or related field and/or experience Preferred: Master's degree Requirements: Comfortable working outdoors Analytical mindset and good problem-solving skills Excellent written communication and proficiency with technical reports Good interpersonal skills Good verbal and written communication skills Physical Noise Exposure: Elevated levels: 100% of time Repetitive Motions: 75% of time Standing: 15% of time Sitting: 75% of time Walking: 10% of time Lifting: 10% of time Outdoor Exposure: >10% of time Additional Information Compensation and Benefits: Competitive market-based salary package with full benefits will be offered to successful candidate based on experience.
