ENVE is actively seeking a Front Office Administrator to help the entire ENVE team raise the bar. Success in this position will be accomplished through an unwavering focus on hospitality, teamwork, communication, and a passion for ENVE. Located in Ogden, Utah, ENVE Composites is a manufacturer of handmade carbon fiber bicycle rims and components. The Perks: Range $18.50 - $20.50/hour DOE Amazing benefits (listed below) Awesome industry deals Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Greeting and handling guests during their visit Answering customer phone calls/inquiries Making appointments Handling correspondence Signing for deliveries Offering directions Assisting with special projects Tracking, scanning and electronic filing Assisting leadership team Assisting with Company events as needed Preferred experience: High school diploma/GED w/2+ years' experience working as an Administrative Assistant or similar position Ability to communicate clearly and speak, read, write and understand English well Advanced skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; daily use of nearly all programs will occur What We'll Provide ENVE offers an open, collaborative, high tech work environment with best-in-class benefits and perks, including:
