There has never been a better time to be a part of AtkinsRéalis!How will you contribute to the team?Under supervision, supports transportation planning and traffic engineering assignments which may include the following: Preparation of project level design traffic forecasts/projections Data processing (traffic counts, historical crashes, historical speeds) Traffic simulation and capacity analysis ranging from single intersections to large-scale corridors Crash analysis to identify crash patterns, probable causes, and recommendations GIS data mapping (crash hot spots, project location, socioeconomic data, etc) Preparation of written reports and presentations of project findings Participate in field reviews to identify operational and safety issues Support travel demand model development and application activities What will you contribute?EXPERIENCE: 0 - 2 years EDUCATION: B.S. or M.S. in engineering SPECIAL SKILLS: Software experience preferred but not required: SYNCHRO, VISSIM, HCS, SIDRA, CUBE, ARCGIS, QGIS PROFESSIONAL REGISTRATIONS: EIT preferred but not required What we offer at AtkinsRéalis:AtkinsRéalis realizes the importance of mental and physical health, personal and professional development, and holistic wellbeing.
