Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Field Marketing Team Lead to join our growing field marketing team. In this role, you will lead a team of marketing representatives in promoting and selling our home improvement services. You will play a key role in expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of marketing representatives. Provide coaching, training, and ongoing support to team members. Set performance targets and track team progress toward sales goals. Conduct regular team meetings to review performance, share best practices, and implement improvement strategies. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective marketing strategies and campaigns. Identify target neighborhoods and demographics for brand awareness outreach. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales approaches. Customer Engagement: Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when interacting with potential customers. Educate customers about our home improvement services and answer their questions. Handle objections effectively and achieve individual and team targets. Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and leads. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the Marketing Manager. Provide feedback and recommendations for process improvements. Compliance and Ethics: Ensure that the team adheres to all company policies, ethical standards, and legal requirements. Promote a culture of integrity and professionalism within the team. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus. Proven experience in Marketing with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Previous leadership or team management experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Knowledge of the home improvement industry is a plus.
