The position follows Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and practices safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possibleJob Duties:Balance safety, quality and productivity to achieve positive results in all areas;Always work to continuously improve all assembly line activitiesAssist Operators, Workers and Blenders with daily pre-operational setupsUnderstand all cleaning procedures, including the PPE required to perform the task safelyComplete secondary tasks for production, including folding boxes and bringing material into the production areasBuild pallets according to tie-high standardsPerform quality checks on the finished goods being producedOperate entry level equipment, including pneumatic pallet jack and tape gunsRepresent, promote and enforce exceptionalism with all regulatory agencies (OSHA, SQF) and their applicable policies.Other duties as assigned.Job Requirements:No previous experience required, but having worked in the food production industry, an industrial production or warehouse environment would be a definite asset.Looking for Meaningful Work?
