Responsibilities
• Generate leads by focusing on the benefits and value for the customer• Communicate the options and features of home renovations and improvement products• Provide customer-first service and maintain a professional image and positive attitude• Efficiently communicate leads with the Sales team• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and practices• Track and measure key performance indicators• Identify ways to improve outreach and lead generation efforts• Identify areas for improvement• Deliver valuable information back to the lead generation team and clients
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or business-related field preferred• 1-2 years of Customer service, brand ambassador work, or sales experience• Direct sales experience is a bonus• Passion for working with people and giving back to communities• Desire to gain hands-on sales experience• Communication and presentation skills• Natural leadership skills and desire to build upon them
