We are in search of a Human Resources admin for a role located in Moraga, California.
This role requires entry level experience to perform general HR duties such as:
1. Organize current file room (storage of files)
2. Verify that all information has been completed on current employee records
3. Create Physical files of employees that have on boarded digitally
4. Pull electronic files from HRIS and add to a Shared Drive or Physical files
Skills and requirements
High School Diploma
Attention to detail and very well organized
Self motivated with little direction
Knowledge of Microsoft Suite and Google Office Suite
Lift up to 25 lbs
Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00 - 5:00 pm
